The Lennox family (Charlotte and Reginald) have arrived in the 22nd Century much to the disapproval of Rudolfo Hernandez the Vice Director of the Department of Relativity. While Rudolfo couldn't take his anger out on Ty "Turbo" Knight, he has decided to demote Dex "Dexter" Shadow, his former protege as a punishment for nearly getting involved in a duel with Reginald back in the 18th Century.
