Alizia Matala, one of the notorious Matala twins decides to make a daring kidnapping of Ty "Turbo" Knight's father - Excel Knight! Alizia knows of Ty's ancestor - President Thaddeus "Tyler" Knight who he is named after had ongoing issues against her ancestor - President Asher Matala of the Democratic Republic of the Congo during the late 21st Century.
